Buyers have bought what they later regret, when you meet a buyer for the first time, have it in the back of your mind that he or she has been through a lot in this online space, he’s afraid and has a lot of questions boggling his mind. The best way to win a prospect to a customer is by lowering the sales resistance, and how do you do this? By answering their deep innermost question, the questions they’re afraid or embarrassed to ask, if you can reach deep in the mind of your customers and answer his or her fears, there are much chances that you will make the sale
For instance, a lady may be looking for how to lose weight, she comes to you selling a weight loss products, if you understand the secret and psychology of sales, you will know it’s beyond losing weight, when you know it’s beyond losing weight, you will talk to her more personally, your questions word for word will address her pains. Yes she came for the weight loss program but the deeper desire is to be accepted by the man she loves, being able to fit into those tight trousers that brings out her shape, when you understand this, you will write a more powerful ad copy. Your ad copy may say something like “lose ten pounds in ten days and make the love of your life beg to marry you, GUARANTEED” when you put up something of this nature, you have automatically caught their attention, because you address the inner fear, the pains and question they are not willing to tell anyone. Your ad copy acts like an electric that jerks them off and makes them stop on the way, asking themselves how did he know? This is what I’ve been looking for, I will definitely give it a try.
The hallmark of selling is understanding, you have to reach out deep to understand your buyers, you have to understand your prospect, you have to reach out and find out many things about them, it’s not enough to assume they’re ok, it’s not enough to assume you know them, go out there, find out where they gather, join their forum and be active, find out their fears and objection. We call this market research, when you do this research very well every other thing becomes easy. The pain and end dream of every customer is the point of access into their life and of course their money
Make whatever they have to do look easy, make it look easy to do no matter how hard it is. If you’re selling a weight loss program, make it look easy by telling them they can lose a pound in a day if they follow such a regimen, always reminding them of their end goal. Before a prospect or customer buys from you, he or she has an end goal in mind, he or she has where she wants to be, use that her end goal as a motivating factor to keep her through the regimen. If it’s a weight loss program, constantly remind her of how beautiful and sexy she will look in that her bikini, if it’s a car you’re selling, know that there’s a deeper reason a guy of probably 30 years would love to own a car, it’s not just to ride about and go to work on time. Majority of guys who buys car at a very early stage, buys it to impress women, when you understand this common factor, it changes the whole look of your ad copy and you will suck in leads like a vacuum cleaner on steroids, when you know the deep point of your prospect or buyers, you can you it as a way to reduce sales resistance
When a buyer start making resistance towards your offer, don’t be pushy, don’t be too fast to tell him how great your product is, when a buyer compares your product to someone else’s own, don’t be on the defensive, what I am teaching you in this write up is an effective way to selling like crazy. When a buyer is comparing your product to another, don’t get angry, first you have to agree with the buyer, when you agree with him you have reduced the first sales resistance, if he’s comparing you both on the basis of price, of he’s complaining that your price is higher, tell him he’s right, that your price seem to be high but this is the reason, now you list all the benefits your product offers and the after purchase services you can render to him. Immediately you do this you have broken down his defense wall, but if you start justifying your product without any notable rational explanation why it’s costly, you will not only lose the sale but will lose that customer forever.

The 3 parts of selling like crazy
1. Ad copy
This is the first and most important part. The internet has blessed us with abundance of customers and prospects, you can buy customers on Facebook for a minimum amount of money. There are over 2billion Facebook users worldwide, so you see the problem is not generating leads, the problem is converting those leads to customers and the first and foremost process is through your Facebook ads.
Your Facebook ads are the first thing your presumed buyers see online, the quality of your ad copy will determine if you will make the sale or lose it. The most important part of an ad copy is the headline, the headline must be as captivating as ever, if the headline is not captivating, forget it you won’t pull in leads that way. The internet is full of distractions, your buyer is one click away from a distraction, to get his or her attention, you have to create a captivating headline that Jack them up and make them click on it like an electric force. please note this, the work of an ad is not to sell immediately, don’t make the mistake other business owners make, the real work of an ad is to get people to click on it, that is why it has to be captivating, then when people click on it, it takes them to another page called the opting page, where they submit their information, then it will take them to a very important page, called the landing page.
2. The landing page
After your ad copy, this is the most important aspect of selling, your landing page is where you address the fears and pains of your prospect, this is where the sale is made beforehand. The landing page is used to reduce sales resistance and create what I call the KLT formula which is required before every sale is made, this KLT stands for Know, Like and Trust.
For any sale to be possible, you have to establish this in the mind of your prospect, you have to make them know you, like you and trust you. You established this using the information you provide in your landing page. Remember that after your landing page, the next is your sales page where they make purchases, if you don’t provide quality information you cannot sell like crazy.
You have to make your prospect go nuts, asking themselves how did he know? It feels like he’s talking to me directly, if he’s giving out all of this for free, how will his paid classes be? When your prospect starts asking themselves this question, just know you have made the sale. Give them value useful information, give them value and in turn they will respond with developing, Know Like and Trust for your brand, when you have achieved this, you have won the prospect over for life, even if he doesn’t buy immediately, he will refer you to friends and relatives, and there’s nothing that gives a business owner more joy than his brand making waves out there in the marketplace.
Your brand can only make such a wave when you get this place right, if you get it right, the sale is made, if you get it wrong, you have not only lost one sale, you have lost that customer for life. Your landing page is the soul and heart of your business, after pulling in leads from Facebook or other sources, if you cannot convert those leads to buyers you’ve lost it completely.
3. What you do after a purchase is made
in other words, we call this post purchase services, when a buyer buys your product and you make sales, it’s not the end of the buying circle, this buyer in as much as he or she has bought your product, there’s still some resistance in his mind, he’s asking himself, hope I didn’t make the wrong decisions? Hope this product I bought is worth the price? Hope he will deliver as he has promised?These questions are still in the mind of the buyer, and the only way to wipe off this remaining resistance completely and make him a life long customer is to offer as you have promised. If you promised him an after purchase service, you must make sure you deliver on that, it is important that business owners learn to promise what they can deliver, don’t over promise and under deliver, it’s better to under promise and over deliver. When you have delivered as you have promised, they will become very loyal to your brands, and will tell anyone that cares to listen how incredible your product is, that is hoe to build good will in the marketplace, give massive values, over deliver and watch yourself selling like crazy and like a professional.
