You qualify if you:

  • an international student
  • study full time
  • Start your first semester at the University of Queensland

And you:

  • Have met the conditions of your offer by the scholarship application deadline (you do not have to accept your full offer by the scholarship application deadline)
  • show strong academic achievements in your previous studies.

We will take into account:

  • Your ability to effect change and contribute to science (based on the personal statement you submitted in your Science International Scholarships application).
  • Your academic performance (based on the academic transcripts you submitted in your application for the UQ Faculty of Science program).
